PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is for learners required to support and work closely with individuals, groups or communities in order to maintain psychological health and wellness. It will also assist learners to be aware of and identify potential risk behaviour in individuals within the context of a group, family or community.Such learners will also be able to develop skills in motivating and supporting individuals to deal with their risk behaviour in order to promote psychological health and wellness.
