PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
A person credited with this unit standard is able to:

    The scope of this unit standard is for any person working in the meat processing industry who sorts deboned pork cuts for further processing, using automated or semi-automated equipment.

    In the context of this unit standard, pork cuts refer to deboned pork cuts.
