1. The request is authenticated according to company specific requirements.

3. The certificate of balance is stamped and signed in accordance with the customer's instruction and company specific requirements.

4. The certificate of balance is handed to or mailed in accordance with the customer's instruction and company specific requirements.

5. The necessary charges are recovered in accordance with company specific requirements.
