PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is intended for any person who has to homogenise liquid dairy products.

A person credited with this unit standard is able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of homogenisation of liquid dairy products.
  • Prepare to homogenise a liquid dairy product.
  • Homogenise a liquid dairy product.
  • Perform end of homogenisation procedures.
