PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Learners credited with this Unit Standard will know about planning a production process to produce a product. The learner will be able to allocate tasks to team members based on their experience and ability, adhere to company policies, procedures and regulations and generally coordinate work group performance. The learner will have a comprehensive understanding of the entire process and manage their team(s) in maintaining quality of the product.
