PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is intended for learners in the Department of Home Affairs who provide operational civic services at regional centres, head office or in missions abroad. It will be useful for new employees and for employees who are already in service, but do not have formal qualifications and are therefore unable to progress within the Department. It should enable learners to provide efficient services while complying with relevant legislation and regulations.
