PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This Unit Standard is aimed at people who operate as community development workers or are involved in community development initiatives, including government, non-government, and the private sector. The Unit Standard will enable learners to achieve the necessary knowledge and skills in order to drive community participation from an active citizenship perspective by incorporating human rights principles.
