PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
Learners who achieve this unit standard will have an overview of the various elements involved in the housing development processes and procedures in terms of regulatory frameworks. This unit standard will provide learners with knowledge on the different processes that are followed in order to provide any housing typology in respect of housing projects. On the basis of this knowledge they will be able to share the acquired information meaningfully with their peers and immediate communities.
