PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to explain the roles and responsibilities of individuals including communicating and networking with all the roleplayers involved in thoroughbred horseracing. Learners will also be able to identify and explain the personal traits which may have an impact on inter-personal relationships. Learners will also be able to identify and deal with potential and actual conflict situations and where necessary, refer these to the appropriate persons so that it may be minimised.
