PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The qualifying learner achieving this unit standard will be able to use and apply nutritional principles in order to recommend nutritional guidelines for healthy eating associated with physical activity. Qualifying learners will be able to give informed advice on healthy eating to apparently healthy participants.
