PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard will equip a member to function as a commissioned officer in the SANDF.
The member will be prepared for the personal commitment that is expected of a commissioned officer, a commitment to professionalism and the maintenance of high personal standards. The unit standard will instil the attributes of officership in the member and will give him the opportunity to display a commitment to the purpose of the profession of arms and officership.
