PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
This unit standard is intended for learners who are themselves abused or who know someone who is abused either at home or at work.

The typical scope of this unit standard is physical, emotional, economic, sexual, and verbal abuse including pecking order abuse, dismissing, denying, blaming, proceduring and over controlling, threats and intimidation.
Legislation that supports the Bill of rights includes, but is not limited to, the Domestic Violence Act. |
