PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
People in the field of manufacturing and engineering require the skills, values and knowledge reflected in this unit standard. The learning outcomes in this unit standard also contribute to the exit level outcomes required for various manufacturing and engineering qualifications. The learner is capable of evaluating a completed job against quality assurance criteria prior to delivery to the customer. This will contribute to the exit level outcomes required for the National Certificate in automotive repair and maintenance at NQF Level 3 and related qualifications. |
