PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to identify and describe the activities within the car rental industry, and identify those that can benefit/compliment their own business as well as those that are their competitors. Learners are also able to evaluate the effectiveness of their own business against the effectiveness of their competitors within the car rental industry.
