PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD |
The person credited with this unit standard is able to develop a cleaning and maintenance plan for products so as not to affect sales. Learners are also able to sort products for in-house cleaning or maintenance and products that need to be send away, after sorting learners are able to clean products according to specifications using required cleaning materials and maintain products using required materials and equipment

The cleaning and maintenance schedule is developed according to booking requirements and in the required format. |
ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 |
Products listed on the cleaning and maintenance schedule are checked against the booked out products to ensure they are completed/returned on time before booked date. |
ASSESSMENT CRITERION 4 |
Booked items that must be cleaned before delivery are included on the schedule based on booking date required. |
