PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD 
This unit standard is intended for people who have primary contact with customers. Persons credited with this unit standard will be able to function under general supervision and carry out established and familiar procedures in familiar environments. They are able establish the nature of the customer's credit needs, link the customer's credit needs to the appropriate credit facility.

These persons are also able to offer a new credit facility.

    Internal Moderations will be performed by the Accredited Providers whilst the relevant ETQA will perform external moderations of assessments across the Accredited Providers according to the moderation guidelines in the relevant qualification and the agreed ETQA procedures.
