    The importance of pre-pre-heating a refractory lined vessel is explained in terms of achieving specified production requirements and up-and-down stream operational requirements. 

    ASSESSMENT CRITERION 3 
    Hazards and associated risks pertaining to the pre-heating of a refractory lined vessel are identified through specified risk assessment procedures.
